“The nicest hotel in the region west of Asheville east of Knoxville. Very large rooms with very nice accommodations. The only thing one could pick at was the bed was a touch soft but I just really liked the property, town, college and things to do”

“This is a run down motel. Despite how out of date and run down it was fairly clean, the sheets were clean but appeared to be very old. The room we stayed in had the peephole ripped out so we needed to put a tissue in it for privacy. I wouldn’t stay again.”

“We had a great one-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast the next morning was simple but offered a good variety of options. Our family especially loved the waffle station. It was also a nice surprise to have mountain views from our room. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.”

“Only marked this hotel down because it's currently undergoing renovations. Some floor trim missing and a few other minor things. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast. The breakfast serving area was hidden behind a barn door and was quite spacious and diverse! Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Kingsport is a spacious community. Many places to eat and coffee shops, plus a mall.”

“Very nice clean comfortable room. We got in late, left early- so did not use amenities. Breakfast is not included. All luggage carts had flat wheels- which made winding on carpeted hallway to room very difficult. No staff available to help.”

“My only gripe here is that you had to go outside to the other side of the building to get to the food options…and it was snowing when we visited! Maybe there was a way from inside the casino but we had 2 kids with us so couldn’t go through the casino. The room was amazing and the kids enjoyed the pool”
